Ágnes lives beside the airport on the outskirts of Budapest with her husband and their three children. She works as a school cook. We met her at a Roma Music Festival and she immediately invited us to her home for dinner – Chicken Foot Soup and Paprika Chicken followed by Palatsinta. Mmmm! At a later date we were invited to her fiftieth birthday party and, by now, have become firm friends of the family.
